smallest unit 700++sf is close to 800psf b4 discount?? :shock: :o

if really have to buy, 1k sqf is best.. pool & golf view with lower unit price from 670 psf if not mistaken, 2 carparks summore..

721 sqf row is south-east? the ccc-view i.e. bj highway direction.. if then,1,025 sqf is facing north-west with the evening-sun partially shielded by the main block facing the entrance, jalan 1/155b..

i will go for the 1,025 sqf at the center if ddmc..

any bulk purchase?
maintenance fees is si beh jialat.
maybe can swap covillea 1293 for star wars 1025sf! :)

berjaya lose out on appearance and proposition big time.. pricing due to timing difference is the only consolation..

berjaya's mixed-development beside this ccc and twinarkz better up their game, or otherwise, a newer building would look even more dated in comparison..

boss.. 670psf is b4 discount or after discount?? not sure what's the facing for 721sf but personally think the price is not cheap at all..
