I think:-

Block A by 007 - yes, full forefeiture even one has grandmother reasons to justify
Block B - refundable, it's by UOA

Check the Desa Green facade out, appear at UOA website http://uoa.com.my/v2/properties/residential/

Which one is Tower 1, 2 and 3?

How come so inconsistent? End of the day SPA will be signed with the developer, no?

If the bulk purchaser is calling the shots of forfeiting the entire booking fee just to ensure that no one returns the units then maybe they should also allow for name change prior to signing the SPA. This way the units will still be considered sold. But I foresee that there could be some abuse from purchasers asking for entitlements in order to change names if this is allowed.

Based on the facilities podium, Tower 1 should be on the left and Tower 3 is the one on the right. Tower 2 is blocked by Tower 3 and both towers are aligned.

Tower 2 very few units left, so I reckon no point.

Tower 3 launch date not yet determined, so for those who are still interested in this development, got to wait for Tower 3 to be launched I guess.

Is anyone sure about the price booked through 007 for Tower 1 and UOA for Tower 2. From what I read the size may be different, Tower 1 units are smaller hence cheaper in total price. However, based on psf, Tower 1 is slightly lower by a few $. Not sure if my understanding is right.

Can any enlighten on the scenario on the prices at this point? Is 007 price firm or still indicative?

Thank for those who can provide the information.

Another thought about this development...

Bandar 1 Malaysia is intended to be built opposite in the existing airport land. But there is no plan on this at all. Isn't it very risky to buy opposite an empty plot of land, even though it is earmarked for something?

They could build some ugly structure next to this...just a thought...
