Hi All, i stumble upon a new development - Nova Saujana in Subang. Is it a good buy any pro/cons? , pls shed me some light. =)

Low density with 386 units, freehold, located at subang prime area, next to japanese international school.

They are having booth at level 3, fashion Avenue in Pavillion KL - RM630 psf with one car park and 2 bedrooms

a friend of mine booked one unit by placed 10K booking deposit.....

the price is about 650psf.......5% discount and DIBS and Pavilion will be managing the retail complex.......

right opposite of the highway is the LRT extension station. don't think its walkable unless the sky-bridge is built...........

that's really unlikely to happen.........imho............

the retail will be proper mall or f&b small scale but being managed by paxxxxx? somehow many projects at this part, the usp against those new launches across the road at ara?

went to Pavilion 2 weeks back, the booth has been moved to 6th floor...

level 13A 855sf facing Amaya, buy 1 carpark, after 5% discount is around RM697psf...

this or AraGreens?

Verde i think just next to the oxidation pond only... Aragreen's block A B C maybe still got chance

The retail component is only 1 floor, if not wrong 20 retail lots

2 floors of carpark exclusively for shoppers
