Just came across tis thread and would like to share a lil bout the retail. I was offered to take up the whole retail units bout 1.5 yr ago with a total of 27mil. But I rejected the offer as the condition back then was pavillion ll not b managing it instead I hav to form a team to manage the retail. Another condition is, I ll stil hav to pay the condo management a certain % of maintenance fee as a contribution of the entire maintenance. Meaning tat if they charge me 0.30, maybe I ll hav to charge my retail tenant 0.45 just to survive!!!

Hehe not sure if it was a correct decision to forego the deal. However din regret much s I dun quite like the area there n I foresee those oppo ll do beta with direct mrt influence.

Anyway toking bout regret, with 27mil, I really regretted forego the entire building offer by uoa in bangsar south. Heard tat the rental for the particular block is hitting more than 12% now.
