what caught my eye is the density.. only 238 units on a 3.6 acreage.. translates to 66 units per acre only.. this sort of density wif 4 blocks and 19-sty, it looks like they can do like KR2 structural layout whereby all units is a "corner" wif 4 bijik per quardrant, likely.. and hi-rise among the landed props.. clean contemporary looks just like their KR1 & KR2, wif some level of furnishing and FREEHOLD as opposed to its previous marketed projects.. not too deep into BK, in fact, the convenient part of it, now it's down to the pricing.. hmm...
these marketing guys seem like direct competitor to trinity, but a frenly competitor that is.. first they got the scott soho project, then KR1 & KR2 beside Z-Residence, now BK5 prolly benchmarked to Zest.. i'm beginning to likey these developers.. kekeke
