Taikor, not evryone can afford the million dollar landed property there ler... Some investors maybe more keen in rental play too...Plus, this one seems very low capital outlay

Listing price is about there for the smallest unit and before 7%/5% rebate. Plus developer will give a cash refund of rm8888 upon VP. bear in mind all costs are absorbed by the developer and dibs. Fullly furnished as well. So listing price has to factor in the cost.....

got the sms to go for preview.....but I feel hard to lease out at cyberjaya....for own stay is ok since got highway connection to KL....but everyday I see traffic from there like an endless train....

34km to KLCC....staying in Cheras-Kajang would be the same....plus there is MRT in future....
