The 881 sf are all gone and the 634 sf still quite many. Considering IOI's style has been no kan cheong at all, I don't think there will be any promo, except for possible additional price hike ( kekeke ). Good holding power is the only thing you can count on IOI.

They having DIBS promotion if im not mistaken. im going to check it out on tomoro. i hope there is more good deals

The last I heard from the SA tower 1 is not going to be so soon. A few more months wor ....

The SA is flipping his view every now and then. Absolutely not confident with his words.

They also have the "easy payment scheme", ie you pay 5% every 6months. For example, your 10% down payment can be paid 2 times in 6 month interval.

Got sms from developer. Remaining units 634sqf 100 units up for sale. With DIBS and low down payment. Any one can tell me why 881sqf sold out but yet 634sqf not hot? M considering this but wonder why so much left over.
