Check out the size and layout. Cannot even fit a queen bed, BTW the price per sf is close to klcc price?
If really bullish bout sek13 can but subsale millennium sq or wait fr centrestage completion

well,it has become latest property trend in klang valley.soho,sofo...the price stil affordable if dont convert to price per square feet

Go check out the showroom & layout. They could not fit a bed in there hence use a round cushion as a bed. It's not so*o it's 3++ sf studios price close to rm1k psf. Good luck

doesnt sound doable at this price...developers nowadays very "innovative"..cut the size of unit smaller and smaller to optimize profits..one shouldnt just look at
entry price point when buying a property..
