Smallish units are moving well. Larger units are lagging.

ANyway, why this is posted in PJ thread and not Shah Alam?

A friend of mine booked a 651sqf unit @ rm322k last week after the 30k discount, works out to circa rm500 psf. Personally I think it's a good investment, with current units in oasis advertised between rm600-700 psf now. There is plenty of room for appreciation when it's completed in 2015. Rental wise rm2k is achievable in this area, being conservative here.

I'll like to know what you sifus out there think bout this project? The only negative point I see is that it's approx 100ft away from NKVE, noise pollution would be a problem but this can be reduced with sound proofing.

Personally, I think the location coupled with the surrounding ambience is the selling point. But I expect some competition from eve and pacific place which are, however this is a slightly different proposition than the other 2 in terms of exclusiveness.

Really itching to jump in, will visit the showroom again tomorrow and see what's available.

Do you know how is Amaya Saujana doing? Haven't been to this area much in the past 2 years.
