Come to think of it, the Li Ka Shing company owned Summit has a better advantage in the area now due to the following reasons:
1. USJ1 is going to be bursting with activities once all these developments are completed
2. Summit has far better access than all these other developments
3. It's still dirt cheap compared to others!
4. LRT station nearby
Summit is doing ok only. Always feel that Summit does not have strong enough tenant mix and rather worn down. If this can be addressed, think it'll fare better.
