Actually I think NAZA TTDI has been doing a pretty decent job as far as developers go.

Haven't heard any of their projects getting abandoned or delayed or bad workmanship.

nothing, just in jest.. TTDI development, became NAZA TTDI abt 3 years back.. can't shake my head off "NAZA" being in the automobile industry buying their way into property development..

Some of the established developers are formerly Tin mining company, Plastic manufacturing company and oil palm company.

As long as the automotive company is not Proton, shouldnt hold it against them. Imagine Proton Developments, will also need to give lifetime warrantee on their house windows, otherwise ppl will scared window cannot open/close after a few years =)
