Ya I think quite expensive too. BTW, I've posted all details including rendered photos of the development, layout and floor plans on the blog here. Here we go again ....

walao, that's why JG is the K5 tkttttt.. 1st off-the-block and fastest info.. oso a good time to revive your blog, or rather forcing u out of retirement.. kekeke

btw, if 2.50 mil can jalan bor? non-gated and LH among the g&g and FHs.. at current 2.80 mil, it brings us back to rydgeway and 20 Trees courtyards, notwithstanding the design.. but most importantly, at 550 psf, congrats to 20 Trees West tktttts.. :arabia:

Let's see from iproperty. Closest built up size to this new development is ...

1) rydgeway 5039sf = 3.5mil
2) 20 Trees landed 4573sf = 2.1 mil

I think since this new development not guarded and probably not branded developer (no offense if you are the developer reading this :D ) and size in between 1) and 2), maybe 2.3m ?

You know what they say ....

Those who can -- do. (that's all you tkttts on this forum)
Those who can't -- teach (or in my case blog :D )

BTW, no offense to teachers everywhere. I have the utmost respect for good teachers and I still think it's one of the noblest profession around. It's like being a stay-at-home mum, you don't know how difficult it is until you try it. :D

Sorry rambling a bit today ....

wondering :

1. what's the black out parcel for?
2. that's a huge parcel looks like a huge bungalow lot. Wondering if that's part of this project?

i'm certain the developer will be reading this.. 2.30 mil is prolly too far-fetched, mebbe if tkttts sapu all of the available units, then 2.50 mil cud be considered.. i likey developers who are flexible.. ;)
