New condo launching at Ara Damansara by Villamas , "Verde" ,expected price Rm 600 psf before discount.

Any thoughts?

is the layout out? i only get to see the brochure saying its a hotel inspired home and not much info.

Any idea when will be launched? No doubt location pretty good next to Ara Greens.

Yup I concur the end product quality really really bad.

Based on my experience with previous Villamas project, the workmanship and quality of the final product is questionable. Proceed at your own risk!

Ya I know. Fren wanna buy atmosfera so I kpc tag along. The unit gave me low cost feeling. No doubt the facilities very nice resort feel. So she ended up didn't buy cos I keep complain bad quality.

So is it worth paying more for aragreens if like this area as aragreens contractor is Putra Perdana, one of the best in market?

600psf is it too expensive in Ara Damansara and the quality mentioned?
