Will Aman Putri be a good buy for own stay? FREEHOLD DSL 22x75 RM531k with build up 2220sf

MRT is 8km from Aman Putri, Guthrie highway is 1km from Aman Putri. Comments anyone?

So when it's the completion date for this?

There are few phases, 1st phase 20x70 completing soon. Estimated key handling will be on Jan 2013. Phase 2 will only complete on 2014 or 2015

I remember the 1st phase was sold around RM300-400k range. those who bought the 1st phase must be laughing now

I went to the site when they were launching 1st phase two years ago. From damansara/sg buloh side i had to go thru some kampung/ kelapa sawit estate road which are narrow. Have they upgraded that road?

The road is about the same. However, you can access from Bandar Seri Coalfields side or via Guthrie Corridor Expressway.

Do anyone know is there a plan to open a road to connect Kota Damansara and Aman Putri or nearby?
